Clover Self Storage is a state-of-the-art storage facility. We are family owned and operated offering several solutions for customer storage needs.
Duties include assisting Property Manager with the daily operations and storage space rentals, ensuring that storage units are clean and security systems are functioning. As a Manager, you also interact with customers and sell products such as boxes and tape. Your other duties will include handling onsite payment processing and completing administrative tasks such as filing relevant paperwork and invoices for clients and vendors. You will be required to prep and rent Uhaul trucks and equipment and sell propane tanks so you must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
This is a 40-hour per week position with the opportunity for overtime hours depending on performance and business demand. Shifts will vary between the hours of 8am-8pm. You must have weekend availability as they are our busiest days and will be required to work 3 of 4 weekends per month (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). We provide company shirts and are closed on all major holidays. Experience working in self-storage is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time:
- Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
